Formation of Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu Oxide Superconducting Layer from Alkoxide Solutions

The high-T_c phase Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu oxide superconducting layer was formed from a solution consisting mainly of reaction products of alkoxides with carbon dioxide. Electric resistivity of the layer decreased drastically at 110 K, and became zero at 100 K.
