Modified is our theory presented in the article, Jpn. J. Appl. Phys. 25 (1986) 82, entitled "Thermodynamic Theory of III-V Semiconductor Ternary Solid Solutions". Adopting a more accurate expression for the entropy of mixing, we present an improved description for short-range clustering/ordering and a revised expression for the free energy.
