Dielectric Dispersion in (CH_3NH_3)_5Bi_2X_<11>(X=Cl,Br) Single Crystals

The temperature dependences of dielectric dispersion in (CH.NH.).Bi.Cl., and(CH.NH,),Bi.Br.. single crystals, which undergo the para-ferroelectric phase transition (I'll) at 307 K and 311.5 K, respectively, were measured near the phase transu-lion point in the frequency range from l MHz to 1 GHz. The clielectric dispersion ex-hibited was found to be of the Debye-type.
