• The random DNA fragments, generated from mRNAs of Saccharomyces cerevisiae using a novel "DNA random priming method", were inserted into a surface display vector to consturct a combinatorial random protein libray. Its surface display was confirmed by immunofluorescence labeling of the RGS (His)_6 reporter inserted, and its potential was also evaluated.
