The "Ctr spin-lattice relax?rtion rate hsrs been taaeastrred in 2111 annealed saraaple ofT[zBa3Ca3Ctr30)g with T.:-123 K, arnd cottapared xvith that in the previotzsJy reported 218-grown sample with 'Z'.:- 115 K. XX'e fotrnd, ['or the first tirne, that 'Z'. increases as a restrlt of' atdecrease in the residtrstJ density of st?ries (DOS), .Vt.., at the Ferzni level dtue to the i?taprovetnentof cr3'stal ordering Icy annealing. Bsxsed on tlae T? restrlt, Y... normalized by the valtte at T.,N.../Ix70, was f'otznd to be redtzced ['I0l1l 0.30 to 0.18 a['ter annealing, A 2-ditaaensional d-wavestupercondtuctivity naodel atccotrnts f'or flue increase of' I. in tertaas of' the change in potentialscattering dtze to crystal inaper['ection, xvlaich is probably c;ttused T:?y Ca/Tl inter-strTcstittrtion.
