NMR Study of RERh_4B_4(RE=Rare Earth)

Pulsed NMR study has been performed in RERh.B. (RE=rare earth). Weobtained the conduction electron spin polarization at B site from the isotropicKnight shift of "B. The isotropic shift is proportional to (gj -1)/gj, whichmeans J s. N.(E.) is nearly same for all RERh.B. compounds. The nuclear spinlattice relaxation time, T. of "Y and "'Rh were measured in YRh.B. andLuRh:B+. The density' of state at the Fermi level in each atomic site is evaluatedfrom T.. The agreement of the results with the recent band calculation is satisfac-tory. The isotropic shift of "'Rh is measured in SmRh.B..
