Characteristics of the Spin Fluctuation in Tl_2 Ba_2 Ca_2 Cu_3 O_<10>

We report a ^<63>Cu and ^<17>O NMR study in the high-T_c superconductor Tl_2Ba_2Ca_2Cu_3O_<10> with T_c (max) = 127 K. The results of T_1 and T_<2G> reveal that the characteristic energy of the antiferromagnetic spin fluctuation Γ_Q is higher than that in YBa_2Cu_3O_7, while the magnetic correlation lengthsζ do not differ much from each other. The high T_c in this compound is thus related to large Γ_Q, suggesting that the superconductivity is spin fluctuation mediated.
