The nuclear relaxation rate, 1 / T., and Knight shift have been investigated between4.2 K and 300 K by "'Tl nuclear magnetic resonan<;e (NMR) f'or TI.Ba.Ca.Cu.0..,with T.= 100 K. It has been observed that there are Ixwo Tl sites possessing a differentelectronic state. The distinct decrease of l / T. and tonight shift for both Tl sites hasbeen found just below an orvset temperature of 7'.=l15K rather than a zero-resistance temperature of T.= 100 K. Above T., 1 /I'.hs not of the Korringa-type withI.I=const., but exhibits weak temperature dependence, resembling the behavior ofthe Cub. plane site of YBa.Cu,0.. The 1 /T. for Tl sites possessing no magneticmoments is demonstrated to reflect the strong spin correlation above T. through thehybridization with the Cu d-wave function.thigh-I. superconductor, Tl.Ba.Ca.Cu.O, nuclear magnetic relaxation, Knight ll shiftf
