概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
The temperature-dependent behavior of the conductivity o. perpendicular tothe 1-d axis of TMTTF-TCNQ is explained iza terms of diffusive hopping processbetween the Bloch-band electronic states of neighboring I-d columns. It is pointed' out that o. can be used to extract the couaductivity component o.. ascribable toelectrons in the single-particle states from the conductivity o. along the 1-d axis. The deviation (of about 20 %) of o5 from o SP aroutad the maximum-conductivityregion is ascribed to the contribution of the charge density waves.
