Angular dependences of ESR g factors and linewidths for cx- and /7-(BEDT-TTF).1,are measured at room temperature using and X-band ESR spectrometer. The prin-cipal values of the g tensor are calculated using the anisotropic behavior of themeasured g value with the assumption that the principal axes of the g tensor are or-thogonal to each other. The estimated values of g.., g, and g.. are 2.013, 2.005 and2.001 for cc-(BEDT-TTF).1. while 2.011, 2.008 and 2.002 for /7-(BEDT-TTF).1.,respectively. The anisotropic behaviors of the linewidth for cc- and /7-(BEDT-TTF).1,are mostly explained by the spin-phonon relaxation mechanism, the Elliotmechanism, except when the value of the g shift is nearly zero.
