The pressure phase diagram of x-(BEDT-TTF)zCu[N(CN)z]Cl is determined by measuringthe intralayer and interlayer resistivities. With increase of pressttre, nonmetallic behavior ofresistivity is suppressed and a metallic phase is stabilized, yielding the phase reentrance nearcritical pressure region. Concurrently, an incomplete superconductivity phase appearing at arm-bient pressure becomes to show complete superconductivity giving zero resistance when the sheetresistance becomes comparable to h/4e' by the application of pressure, indicating that the su-perconductivity is localized in the lower presstrre region. The effect of deuteration of BEDT-TTFmolecule on the pressure phase diagram is also discussed.
