• The cyclotron mass m. and the Dingle temperature T. in the layered planes of theorganic superconductors are determined by the Shubnikov-de Haas effect at ambientpressure; m.=O.4 m. and 7'.=7-8 K, for /7-(BEDT-TTF).IBr. (7'.=2 K), and (0.4-0.5)m.and 1lKfor/l'-(BEDT-TTF).1, (7'.= IK), and 3.5 m.and (o.++o.t) Kfor x(BEDT-TTF).Cu(NCS). (7'.=ll K). A systematic difference is clarified in m. and T.between these salts, suggestive of the origin of different T.'s among these salts.[organic superconductor, /7-(BEDT-TTF).IBr., /7-(BEDT-TTF).1., (BEDT-TTF). ll Cu(NCS)., Shubnikov-de Haas effect, cyclotron mass, Dingle temperature, ll magnetoresistance.l
