The Ginzburg-Landau coherence lengths are determined from the temperaturedependence of the magnetization by fitting measured results with the renormalizationtheory of the fluctuation developed for layered superconductors. The derivedinterlayer coherence lengths are 6f2A and 3.21-0.5A for x-(BEDT-TTF).Cu-[N(CN).]Br and r-(BEDT-TTF).Cu(NCS)., respectively, which are remarkablyshorter than the interlayer spacing. It is also found that these coherence lengths arevirtually unaffected by isotope substitution in BEDT-TTF molecules.[organic superconductor, superconductivity fluctuation, GL coherence length, lj diamagnetism, two-dimensionality, isotope effectl
