To sttrdy the uaaicrouaaagnetic strtrcttrres of the Co(20 A) /Arm(20 A) natrltilayer' filnrs with perpen-diculatr anisotropy wher'e the qtrality f'a'tctor (ratio of' perjcendicttlaxr anisotrojcy ;trad detn?tgnetizingenergy) is beloxv l, the utaiddle of' tlae selected Cc.>latyers of tire tntrltilayers was doped xvith "Feprobes and the 1VI6ssbauer spectra xvere naeastrred. As the total ntnnaber of' the Co l;tyers, ,V,is increased, tl'xe Fe spin orientation ita tlae Co laryers tttrns f'rorra in-platae (N = 1 ?tnd 2) toout-of'-platne (./V = 30). And for the s?traaples xvith N : 31, the spin orientations were f'ound to bedepth-dependent, that is, tlae spin orientaxtioua NV2lS closer to tl?e filrna normal in the tniddle part ofthe rntrltilayers th?rn r?ear the sur'f?xces. The dejcth-dejcendent dernagnetizing fields tlnart originatef'rona the otrt-of'-jolane raaicroraaatgnetic strtrctttre of' the untrltil?r)'ers for N : 31 xvere estimatted f'r'onuthe anatlysis of the hyperfine field splittings of' the sjcectrar. Tlais rnicronaatgnetic strvrcttrre is attribtrtstble to an ottt-of'-platae fltrx closure psrttern. Tl'ne stal.cility of' the raaicrouaaagnetic strtrcttrresis disctrssed by estirnatiuug Line taaagtaetic energy.
