We report the first measurement of Hall effect and therttaoelectric power (S) in multilayersprepared on a V-groove rnicrostructured strbstrate for current-at-an-angle-to-plane (CAP) ge-ometry to extract the contribution from the current-perpendicular-to-plane (CPP) geornetry. Inthe field dependence of extraordinary Hall resist, ivity (7vf), we found a clear difference betweenCAP and current-in-plane (CIP) geometries, In contrast, p? values at saturation field are almostthe same despite the large difl'erence in the resistivity (7v) between the two geometries, From thecomparison of the results for two samples with different layer thicknesses, the ratio of the averagemean free path of conduction electrons to the layer thickness xvas found to play an essential rolein the scaling relations between p.."(S) and p.
