Large Magnetoresistance of Field-Induced Giant Ferrimagnetic Multilayers

Multilayers consisting of two magnetic components witlt different anisotropieswere prepared by successively depositing Co, Cu, T'Ji..Fezg and Cu layers. By applyinga moderate field, the two magnetizations are oriented antip?trallel with each other,and then the electric resistance significantly increases due to spin-dependent electronscattering. A large magnetoresistance change, 9.9'/c, at 300 K, was observed in [Co(30A) / CO(50 A) / NiFe(30 A) / C.(50 A>v x l 5.multilayers, magnetoresistance, giant ferrimagnet, anisotrccpy
