Giant Magnetoresistance of Multilayers Prepared on Replicas of V-Groove Substrates

Co/Au/NiFe/Au mtultilayers were fabricated on replicas of Si surfaces with V-groove microstructures, and the giant magnetoresistance of these multilayers was measured. The multilayers was the replicas exhibited MR values similar to those of the samples on the master stubstrates.
