Particle-Size Effect of Conductivity Enhancement in BaTiO_3-Dispersed AgI

The electric conductivity of AgI with dispersed BaTiO_3 particles was measured as a function of particle size of BaTiO_3 at temperature range from 30 to 130℃. The conductivity enhancement was observed in the AgI-BaTiO_3 system, in which the conductivity shows a monotonic increase with decreasing particle size of BaTiO_3 (the particle-size effect).
