Note on Temperature Dependence of Debye-Waller Factor in a Unified Model of Ferroelectrics

We calculate precisely the temperature dependence of the Debye-Waller factor W in a unified model of ferroelectrics within the mean field theory. It is shown that there exists only minor difference in the temperature dependence of W between "order disorder limit" and "displacive limit".
