We studied a statistical theory of phase transition in a system consisting of orientational rotators with multiple directions, in terms of the mean field approximation, and derived the intensity formula of X-ray diffuse scattering. This theory is an extension of the Naya's approach limited in the disordered phase, so as to be able to include the ordered phase. An idea of order parameter was newly introduced, which was characterized by the eigenstates of interaction matrix between molecules and the hike with multiple directions. As the result, we could find the definite direction for the critical scattering to appear.
