The temperature dependence of the spontaneous polarization P_s in the mixed crystal systems [(NH_4)_<1-n>R_n]_2SO_4 (R=K, Rb, Cs) has been systematically studied by in-corporation of a occupation parameter for the R^+ ions, which substitute for the two kinds of crystallographycally nonequivalent ions NH^+_4(I) and NH^+_4(II). It has been assumed that the variation of lattice constants in each crystal system affects on the inter-action constants between ions in a different way, in order to explain that the P_s in the mixed crystal systems changes in a different way with the concentration of R^+ ions. We have described both of NH^+_4 and R^+ ions by oscillator model, and used the two sublattice model.
