A lattice model of liquid metal is proposed which exhibits a metal-nonmetal transition in the super-critical region above the critical point as well as the gas-liquid transition below the critical point. The model is a combination of the lattice gas model for the atomic system and the Hubbard model for the electron system. The partition function of the model system is calculated by a combination of the Takagi method for the lattice gas model and the Gutzwiller method for the electron system. The equation of state, the pressure-temperature and density-temperature diagrams are obtained and the metal-nonmetal boundary on the phase diagrams is determined following the Brinkman-Rice theories on a similar problem.
