The problem of the possible occurrence of pion condensation is discuss, by focusing on its close relevance to the crystallization of many nucleon system. On the basis of the results obtained by SCB (Self-Consistent Band theory), the mechanism of the localization of nuclear wave function is studied in detail. Under the existence of strong condensate in the standing wave form, there appears the periodic mean field, acting on each nucleon, the amplitude of which is sufficiently large to make each nucleon localize around each valley of the periodic mean field turns out to be a well-lacalizing shape which is well approximated by Gaussian.
