Positive pion condensation (π_s^+) in realistic neutron matter, containing a few percent of protons is discussed. Particularly, the transition process from π_s^+-phase to π^±-pair phase is discussed in detail. The transition starts just after the π_s^+ condensate realizes and proceeds smoothly. But no instability corresponding to π_s^±-pair condensation arises.
