Low'-temperatua'e magnetic properties of tlae )z-pltase of 7v-NPNN are axaalyzed bytlte meaua-field t1?eory based on the Betlae-arasatz solution of tlae one-dime??siona] fer-ronaagmaetic l-leisenberg n?odel. Tlais substance consists of weakly intex'actxng fer-ronaagnetic chains witlt the intraclaaixa coupling of 4.3 K. Using tlae loxv-temperaturedata we found that the intercltain coupliutgs; are not purely ferromagxaetic 1101 antifer-romagnetic; J'=0.224K and J"= -0.176K. It is show'n tlaat tlae pr'er;exat tlaeoryreproduces tlte experimental results of this substance very well.
