We have investiuated low-tenat>erature unaunetic t>rot>erties of Ce(Rhr .Co.)zGez (O< x< l)by the meastrrenaents of the specific heat, the zaaagnetic strsceptibility and the unagnetization, andobtained an anounalotus tnagnetic phase diagrarn: CeRhzGex exhibited two rtaagnetic tratnsitionsat 14.5 and 8.9 K. Both transition temperatttres alutaost linearly decrease with the Co strbstittrtionLip to 'x, x 0.3 and finally disappear at x x 0.75 f'ollowing a little htrnap centered arotnnd I , 0.5.This interesting ph;tse diagrana is disctrssed in the frattaework of' Doniach's model.
