• One-electron capture processes into B' "(2s) and B' "(2p) have been investigatedin B"-He collision at low velocities (1.3-2.3 x 10' cm/sec) using a translationenergy spectroscopy. Energy dependence of the relative population betweenB"(2s) and B"(2p) is obtained and compared with the theoretical result ofShipsey et al.
