Characteristics of the Tokyo Electron-Beam Ion Trap

We have constructed a new Electron Beam ton Trap (EBIT). Over recent months, we haveoperated this device and obtained sorne experirnental restnlts. In this paper, we show the perforunance of this EBIT by illustrating these results.
