Single and dotrble electron capttrre processes by 0" frotn He at 90 keV have been investigatedby observation of the eunission spectrturn in the xvavelength region of 290 -510 nna. In additionto transitions frozn excited states of 0" poptrlated by single electron capture processes, Yrasttransitions frona Rydberg states (ls'2snZ) of O" populated by dotmble electron capture havebeen observed. Transfer target excitation processes hax'e been confiruned by the observation oftransitions f'rorn excited states of He".
