Cross sections for one-electron capture by highly stripped tons of Be, B and Cfrom H. and Ar are measured at low energies below 10 keV, The cross sectionsare nearly independent of the collision energy investigated. The distinct oscillationwith incident ionic charge q in the cross sections are observed.
