Concurrent administration of monomethylaminoantipyrine (MAA) and CoCl<SUB>2</SUB> caused a significant decrease of hepatic reduced glutathione and oxidized glutathione levels. Furthermore, the increase of glutathione S-transferase activity by combined treatment resulted in the decrease of Se-dependent glutathione peroxidase activity.
