概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Sixteen acetylenic compounds isolated from the root of Panax ginseng were tested for their cytotoxic activities on murine and human malignant cells in vitro. Some of them showed more potent cytotoxicity than 5-fluorourasil (5-FU) and cisplatin (CDDP). Of the active compounds, panaxydol showed the most potent cytotoxic activity (IC_<50> DT cells: 0.65μM, 3T3 cells: 1.3μM, L1210 cells: 0.19μM).
