概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
The N-terminal amino acid sequence of sweet potato cytochrome c oxidase subunit II polypeptide was determined. Comparisons between the sequence and amino acid sequences deduced from the nucleotide sequences of other higher plant subunit II genes indicate a post-translational clevage of N-terminal extension part.
