概要

Some other ways to elute Protein A absorbed on an adsorbent for the affinity precipitation process than desorption with a glycine-HCl buffer (pH 2.5) are examined. Protein A was recovered at a satisfactory yield by dissociation with a 3.5 M KSCN solution without exposure to extreme low pH.
