Coexistence of Antiferromagnetism and Superconductivity in CrRe Alloys

The magnetic susceptibility, electrical resistivity and nuclear magnetic re-sonance measurements strongly suggest that the itinerant-electron antifer-romagnetism and superconductivity coexist in non-annealed (strained) bcc CrRealloys with Re concentration of more than 17 %. Tlte Neel temperature is xI6O Kand the superconducting transition temperature is typically x3 K.
