Coexistence of Ferro-and Antiferromagnetism in the Itinerant Electron System Sc_<1-x>Ti_xFe_2

The magnetic structure and magnetic phase transitions of Scj -.Ti.Fe. withx4O.7 are studied from measurements of M6ssbauer effect and magnetization.A coexistent state of ferro- and antiferromagnetism appears below X 100 K forx=0.9 and below x2OO K for x=0.75. The results suggest that this system is anitinerant electron system with weakly coupled ferromagnetic and antiferromag-netic components of spin fluctuation modes.
