Precise measurement of static magnetization in a weak external field wascarried out for ferromagnetic solid solution, Eu,Sr. .S. It is shown experimen-tally that the situation near the transition point is unchanged by the dilution :the magnetization can be expressed only by the magnetic field if both quantities arescaled for temperature as mocM-?(T/T.) -11 ' and hc>cH-?(T/T.) -11 ", re-spectively, provided that p...=7/(J -]) is used in the scaling instead of experi-mentally determined p. When x is larger than 0.85, 73... coincides with fi. f3..g islarger than fi for x less than 0.85. In the latter case, above argument on the scalingdoes not hold in the immediate neighbourhood of the transition point, T=T.,#=0. The boundary of the region is shown in the T-H plane where the scaledmagnetic equation of state exists. Critical indices 73, y and (5, experimentallydetermined and used in the scaling, change appreciably with Eu concentration. Both 7 ' and the ferromagnetic Curie point, T., have a same dependence on x.
