Millimeter Wave FMR of Fe/MgO and Fe/MgF_2 Multilayers Using Strip-Lin Technique

lVIi1limeter wave ferromagnetic resonance (FIN/IR) rneastrretaaents of Fe/lVIgO rnultilayers havebeen performed in the frequency region from 90 to 300 GHz using pttlsed magnetic field Lip to 15 T.FIVIR was observed at teumperattrres of 4.2 K and 86 K and the strip-line technique is trsed. Theobtained restrlts are essentially the same for both transmission and the strip-line naeasurernentsat 4.2 K, but the signal to noise ratio is mtrch better for the strip-line measurements and it madeit possible to obtain the resonance at 86 K, xvhich was trnable for the transrnission measurernents.The temperature dependence of Fe/NIg0 uaatultilayers and the restnlts of Fe/AIgFz rnultilayers at4.2 K are also disctrssed in connection xvith Fe/IVIgO multilayers.
