EPR and AFMR of Bi_2CuO_4 in Submillimeter Wave Region

Pararnagnetic amad antiferromagnetic resonance have been observecl in singlecrystals of Bi.Cu0. in subrnillimeter w'ave region usiu?g pulsed magnetic fields at fern-peratures from 4.2 K to 265 K. At the paramagnetic state, y-values have been deter-mined to be y,=2.26S0.01 and y.=2.0-1?:j:0.01.The angular independetat line-wid-ths are 0.37 'F 0.03 T which is quantitatively explained by the dipole interaction andanisotropic exchange interaction. An auatiferrornaguaetic resouaance mode of planertype antiferromagnet has been observed below the Keel temperature and e>splained bythe conventional antiferromagnetic theory.
