概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Seebeck coefficient of stoichiometric YFe.O. was observed down below the lowertransition temperature. The conduction was n type at lower temperatures. The resultwas analyzed with two-level hopping model, following Kuiper?; and Brabers togetherwith a magnetic ordering effect on a mobility. It was suggested that a mobility ofholes was greatly reduced by a magnetic ordering effect.
