• Relative oscillator strengths for about 30 transitions from the metastable5s5p 'P levels of neutral strontium have been determined by using the hookmethod. The metastable levels are populated by the DC discharge. The oscillatorstrengths are placed on an absolute scale by reference to a recent lifetime meas-urement and relative intensity measurements. Our results are in reasonableagreement with other experimental and theoretical values.
