In succesion to Part I and II some important properties of the feedback resonance amplifier, espescially its response time and noise, are discussed in detail so that the working condition of amplifier may be deduced. Furthermore, it is shown how the working condition is related to scanning rate and resolving power in automatic absorption measurements.
