The Structure of the He_2 600 A Emission Continuum in the Region from 700 to 900 A

The oscillatory structure of the He. 6OOA ennission continuum has beenobserved iua He glow discharges using photon-counting technique, autd new threepeaks have been found in the wavelength region from 700 to 900 A. Comparisonvzith calculations indicates that Sando's poteuntials; of A'2'.' auad X"l; statesreproduce the newly observed peaks very well. As for the grouuxd state X'l;potential, its validity has been confirmed ina the ene?'gy range from 3 to 7 eV.
