The negative feed-back resonance has been brought・ about at the resonance frequencies of about 0.9 sec^<-1> and 1.65 see^<-1> according to the numerical computations carried out on the discussions of Part I with experimental corrections and the circuit constants of the amplifier for various sensitivities at these frequencies have been determined. Our amplifier can be worked under resonance at any frequency in a wide range with sensitivity up to the order of 1×10^<-10> volt by adjusting the circuit constants. The spectroscopic works with the amplifier have been carried out at the resonance frequency 1.65 sec^<-1> with the sensitivity of 1×10^<-9> volt and fine absorption curves have been obtained.
