Note on Ionicity of Layered Compounds Gas, Gase and InSe

The electronic structures of layered compounds GaS, Gage and InSe are con-sidered on the basis of bond orbital model. Using the Harrison's universal func-tional form for model parameters, we estimate the ionicity ccf these compounds.
