A reaction of 1,2-<I>O</I>-cyclohexylidene-<I>myo</I>-inositol tosylates with sodium methoxide in an appropriate solvent gave nine anhydro derivatives (mono- 6 and di-epoxide 3). The structures of new compounds were determined by proton magnetic resonance (PMR) spectroscopy and the reaction sequences.
