概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
Coumarin, a specific inhibitor of the biosynthesis of cellulose of higher plant cell walls, inhibited the cellulose formation of Acetobacter xylinum. The degree of inhibition reached 55% in the presence of 1 mM coumarin, which causes 70% inhibition in the case of plant cellulose.
