概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
The effects of the deoxynucleotide triphosphate analogs 2'-deoxyinosine 5'-triphosphate and 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine 5'-triphosphate on the enhancement of random mutation in PCR were investigated. Addition of these analogs was found to be an effective and easy method for making various mutant DNA sequences of lacZ'.
