A New Method of ATP Regeneration Rate Measurement Using a pH Meter

A new method was developed for measuring the ATP regeneration rate by creatine kinase from creatine phosphate and ADP. The ATP regeneration rate was calculated to be 0.20 mM・s^<-1> at room temperature from the pH change of the regeneration mixture.
