We demonstrate scale-dependent near-field photoluminescence of low-density InAs quantum dots by means of optical near-field fiber probes with different apertures. Our analysis, based on eigen-decomposition, represents the spectral diversity obtained at an optimal scale of the optical near-fields, leading to a novel non-pixelated memory architecture which can simultaneously retrieve a sequence of bits, as opposed to conventional bit-sequential pixelated architecture.
